Dr. Soberon offers assessment and psychotherapy services in the convenience of a private practice setting in Haile Village. Her scope of practice includes health psychology (coping with acute or chronic medical concerns), medical anxiety (dealing with fear of perceived or diagnosed illness), women’s health concerns, and psychological treatment of healthcare providers and their family members (managing the stress of healthcare provision, enhancing the medical marriage, and seeking work/life balance in healthcare families).
She does not provide services for children or adolescents, or those seeking treatment for substance abuse/addiction, crisis management, or court-ordered therapy.
Dr. Soberon’s goal is to provide the highest quality of psychological care in a discreet and comfortable therapy setting. She has flexible hours that include weekend availability. She does not accept insurance but can assist in filing for reimbursement for out of network benefits. She offers a 15% discount on rates for University of Florida students, first responders, and for active duty service members, veterans, and their families.
